How our door-to-door copy and printing service works, pricing, delivery times, and the responsibilities of both parties.
copiascopiascopias offers a door-to-door copy, printing, and delivery service in Mexico City. We receive your files over WhatsApp or email, print them, and deliver them to the address you give us. By placing an order, you accept these Terms and Conditions.
Send us your files (PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or JPG/PNG images) over WhatsApp to 55 2083 7427, telling us how many copies you need, whether black-and-white or color, and your delivery address. We confirm the total cost before printing your order.
Prices are shown in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include delivery within Mexico City. For areas outside CDMX or high-volume orders, we quote separately. The price that applies is the one confirmed to you when you place your order; prices may be updated without prior notice.
We accept cash payment at the time of delivery and bank transfer. We do not process card payments through this website.
We deliver across all of Mexico City. Typical delivery time is 1 to 3 hours from order confirmation, depending on the area, order volume, and time of day. We're open Monday through Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. We do not guarantee delivery times outside these hours.
We accept files in PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and JPG/PNG format. We reserve the right to decline to print material that:
You are responsible for the content of the files you send us and for holding the necessary rights to reproduce them.
We print files exactly as we receive them. We recommend reviewing your document before sending it. We are not responsible for content, spelling, or formatting errors in the original file. If we detect a technical issue with your file before printing, we'll notify you so it can be corrected.
You may cancel your order at no cost before we begin printing. Once printing has started or your order is on its way, cancellations and refunds are not accepted, unless the error is attributable to us (for example, an incorrect or defective print job); in that case, we will reprint the order at no additional cost.
We treat your documents confidentially and delete them from our systems once your order has been delivered. See our Privacy Notice for more information on how we handle your data and files.
We issue an electronic invoice (CFDI) for anyone who requests one when placing their order, provided they supply the corresponding tax details.
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect once published on this page.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Mexico City, Mexico. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of Mexico City.
